Nelson Leong
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Licensed since 2003, Nelson has spent 20+ years mastering the Queens and Brooklyn submarkets. As a broker, he has closed over 700 transactions totaling more than $800M, building an extensive network of agents, attorneys, lenders, architects, and city officials along the way.
In 2013, he founded Sky High Realty LLC as a real estate holding and development company, followed by Empire Properties Partners LLC in 2019 — a fully licensed and insured construction firm focused on ground-up developments and high-end home building across NYC and Long Island. The firm currently has over 100,000 SF under development and 450,000 SF in the pipeline.
Nelson's expertise spans project analysis, capital management, financing, construction, and sales — making him a true end-to-end force in New York real estate.
